Senem: Blue Sky and Stone
Editorial portraits cut against glass towers and sunlit stone
10/06/2026
Ten frames shot across a single afternoon in the city. Senem moves between the mirrored glass of a modern tower, the warm wood of a sheltered doorway, and the wide geometry of a public staircase. The wardrobe stays tight and consistent—a black lace top, high-waisted denim, dark sunglasses—so the architecture carries the variation. Light does most of the work: backlight lifts her hair into a copper halo against deep blue sky, side light sculpts cheekbone and jaw, and a single black-and-white stretch on the steps strips the color noise to leave line, contrast, and stride. Between full-length urban wides and tight editorial headshots, the session holds one idea: stillness inside a loud place.
